Storms rock northern Wabash County | Weather

Evansville stayed relatively dry Sunday, but other parts of the Tri-State were hit with heavy rain and extremely high wind gusts.

Caroline Trimble of Allendale tells 14 News a massive wind ripped apart the roof off their barn just north of town. According to Trimble, the wind picked up with a ferocious roar, the rain went sideways and the roof flew off.

Bud Coomer of Allendale recorded a badly needed 3.3 inches of rain from Sunday's thunderstorm.
