Attorney looks to get Coston confession thrown out
Danny Coston's attorney, Jerry Crisel, tells 14News he will file a motion to suppress Coston's videotaped confession in fourteen days.
Crisel says he believes there are "good legal grounds" for the court to prevent the prosecution from using the contents of that interview in trial.
Danny Coston is the 36-year-old White County man accused of killing Jessica Evans and Jacob Wheeler back in August.
White County Sheriff Doug Maier tells us Thursday was the first court appearance of Candice Brown, Coston's girlfriend.
Brown's preliminary hearing is set for November 7th.
