Feds charge 3 from SE Illinois with conspiracy to make meth | Crime

Three southeastern Illinnois residents have been charged in U.S. District Court with conspiracy to manufacture meth.
Warren Michael Morris, 32, of West Salem,Debra E. Harms, 41, of Olney,and Patricia Ann Utley, 52, of Olney, were charged in a one count Indictment returned by a Federal Grand Jury sitting in Benton, Illinois, Stephen R. Wigginton, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, announced Tuesday.
Count 1 charges that from February 2011, until on or about October 2012, in Richland County and Edwards County, Morris, Harms, and Utley, conspired with each other and with others known and unknown to the grand jury to manufacture more than 50 grams of methamphetamine.
All three defendants face penalties of 5-40 years’ imprisonment, up to a $2,000,000 fine, and no less than four years supervised release to follow incarceration.
